dear marine engineers,
are you a BE or BS marine engineer am not sure that you are qualified. Why? although you are a graduated in a specified field what is the reason behind it (treating like an ordinary sea men or an ordinary mechanical engineer). did any one reviewed the meta manual the syllabus of BE and BS is FAR higher than the MEO extra first class then what for these MEO exams conducted for you...... think please send your copy of your reply to [Only Registered Users Can See LinksClick Here To Register]....

who else then should decide the competency of a seafarer. I know the present system is a bit unfair with lot of attention being paid to theoritical knowledge but the india is still not yet ready for practical application of all the subjects.
